The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions and rules (hereinafter, referred to as the “DIAC Rules”) of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (“DIAC”) in force at the relevant time.

9.3 The seat and venue of such arbitration shall be Delhi. The arbitral proceedings shall be conducted in English and the award shall be final and binding.

Save and except, as provided under Clause 9, these Terms shall be governed, interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India and subject to the provisions of Clause 9, the courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction over any and all matters arising out of these Terms or Website.
